UK VAT is not charged on overseas orders. VAT (at the rate applicable in your own country) and customs charges may be payable on arrival in your own country. The courier will send you a link via email, to make payment for these charges, prior to delivery.

All import charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are payable to the authorities in your own country. In the event that you return any part of your order, you should contact the authorities in your own country to check if charges can be reclaimed.

Repairs & Upgrades

We have a workshop facility in Poland, where we can carry out repairs and upgrades to all current NVA models. Please contact us if you require this service.
