EU customers can now order directly through the NVA website, in your own currency, and with shipping, taxes (VAT) and duties calculated and paid at checkout. The total price is final...no surprises, no delays.

Q&A

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We usually dispatch in-stock items within 3 business days. When we dispatch your item, we will send you a tracking link by email. Cables are made to order, and will be dispatched within 14 days.

Q: Can I return items?
A: Yes. Our usual 30-day home trial applies. We refund the item price and we also claim back the VAT, on your behalf, from the tax authorities in your country (note that this can take up to 14 working days). Duties and carrier charges cannot be reclaimed, so we cannot refund those.

Q: Can I pay in my own currency?
A: Yes, prices will be shown in your local currency. Exchange rates are dynamic, so prices may change a tiny amount from day to day.

Q: Do you fit an EU plug?
A: We supply a UK to EU adaptor plug with your item. This means that you can still make use of our 30-day home trial. Once you know that you want to keep your order, you can either continue using the supplied adaptor (there is no impact on sound quality) or fit a Schuko plug. If we fit a Schuko lead, prior to dispatch, then the order is classed as bespoke and cannot be returned.
